Some seasons do not arrive with a name. They ask us to stand between the life we knew and the life we cannot yet describe. To hold both the ache and the possibility.

I think of that space as a room with the curtains drawn. Not empty. Not finished. Just waiting for our eyes to learn the light.

You do not have to become someone new to be worthy of tenderness.

If you are here, in the in-between, I hope you give yourself permission to move slowly. There is no deadline for learning how to feel at home in your own skin.

Let this be a letter you can return to. A small place to set down what you have been carrying.
